We do not charge commission for management. Our experienced team have a wealth of industry experience, which means you will always receive the very best in customer service whilst feeling the benefit financially.

Maintenance Service

We offer a round the clock maintenance service. Wasting your valuable time hunting for contractors to carry out repairs will be a distant memory. We have the right tradesmen for the job. If you have preferred contractors however, we are happy to work alongside them.

How We Do It

Make an enquiry

Speak with a member of our specialist procurement team. We will go through the options available to you and arrange to carry out a free, no obligation valuation of your property at a time convenient to you.

We view your property

We will visit your property within 24 hours. During our meeting we will run through the process in detail and confirm your rental valuation. We will also advise on any works that may be required to get the property to a lettable standard. Tailor made deals for works are available from us.

Arrange safety certificates

Prior to signing off your property you will be required to provide us with valid Gas Safety, NICEIC Electrical, EPC and Buildings insurance certificates. Should you not have these, we can obtain them through our team of qualified engineers.

Final sign off

Once all the relevant paperwork is in order, we carry out a final inspection of the property. We will create a detailed report of the property, which will include photographs and video recording of each room. A copy of this report will be made available to you. Your property is now ready to let.

Guaranteed rent begins

A tenant has been found and your Guaranteed rent has started. You now have no voids for the duration of your agreement. Time to relax and leave things in our capable hands.
